Privacy

A personal method needs clear privacy standards.

Serelle is designed for private, personal support. This note explains the standards that should guide applications, coaching information, app use, and sensitive health context.

Application data

Applications may include your name, contact details, goals, stage of life, pregnancy or postpartum context, recovery notes, and private preferences. This information should be used only to review fit, availability, and the support path that may be appropriate.

Coaching data

Training, nourishment, recovery, check-ins, app activity, and video notes stay inside the selected coaching tools with appropriate access controls. Coaching information is handled with discretion and shared only where needed to provide the service.

Medical boundaries

Serelle coaching does not replace medical, physiotherapy, pelvic-floor, or mental-health care. Pregnancy, postpartum, pain, symptoms, or medical concerns should be discussed with the qualified clinician responsible for your care.

Payments and access

If payment, booking, or app access is offered after application review, the relevant provider may process the details needed for that service. Serelle requests only the information that supports your coaching relationship.

Retention

Private notes should be kept only for as long as they are useful for reviewing your request, providing coaching, meeting service obligations, or maintaining required records.

Your request

You can ask for your application or coaching information to be corrected, exported, or deleted where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate service, legal, or safety reasons.

Availability

Private support starts with clear boundaries.

Apply only when you are comfortable sharing the context Ramona needs to review fit and availability.
